Under Loi 25, the person holding the highest authority within the enterprise acts as the person in charge of the protection of personal information.

• Answer your requests for access, correction, withdrawal of consent and deletion.
• Keep the register of confidentiality incidents and decide what gets reported.
• Approve privacy impact assessments before any transfer outside Québec.
• Check that a new supplier receives nothing before it has been assessed.

Write to john@planmariage.ca saying what you are asking for and the email address tied to your account or your invitation. We answer within 30 days, as the law requires. No fee.

If you received an invitation rather than created an account, tell us which event. Some decisions belong to the organizer, and we will tell you which ones instead of forwarding your request without explaining anything.

You can complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec. It is an independent recourse, and using it changes nothing about your use of the service.
