About

It's been eleven years. This time we booked the whole pavilion, rain or shine.

Potluck at noon. Tell us how many of you are coming so we have enough tables, and what you're bringing so we don't end up with nine pasta salads.

About this template

A family reunion means a lot of people, several households and replies that arrive in waves. The page gives the date, the place and the programme, and every reply counts the plus ones so the total is right when it is time to order food.

Common questions

Can I import the list from a past event?
Yes. The guests of another of your events import in one step, and you remove the ones this does not concern.
What do people see if they open the link without being invited?
The same page. They can reply, and their reply creates a new record you see like any other.
Can I download the list?
Yes, as a spreadsheet file, at any time, and delete it yourself with one button whenever you choose.
